Refurbished 9Barista espresso machines are sold at a reduced price versus our brand-new machines. They may have minor aesthetic issues, such as scratches, dents or scuffs. Refurbished 9Barista machines are subject to a full refurbishing process. Each machine is:
- Fully inspected
- Ultrasonically cleaned and sterilised
- Fitted with replacement o-rings, safety valve, valve pin and basket cap
- Supplied with a new spare safety ring and boiler o-ring
- Packaged in a brand-new box

Covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty
- Covered by a 30-day returns policy
There are two types of refurbished machines:
- Those with current-generation parts. These are the latest machines, but with minor aesthetic issues, as described above.
- Those with previous-generation parts, such as a portafilter with a smaller hole, or a boiler without the latest engraving on the base. These may have minor aesthetic issues, as described above.
Refurbished machines with previous-generation parts are more heavily discounted. Simply select your preferred option to purchase.

Coffee making specifications
Espresso output: 40g – a large double shot. (approx. 40ml)

Ground coffee weight: 15-20g of freshly ground coffee
Grinder required: a burr grinder designed for espresso is highly recommended
